If A+ was an option, I'd give them that! The visit overall went well and the technician was quite knowledgeable! Their technician arrived within an hour to repair our furnace blower motor that was not working and even called 30 mins before his arrival. I was impressed by his expertise and accuracy in diagnosing the problem, which only took him an hour to fix. He is also quite pleasant and informative throughout the whole repair of my furnace, which I appreciated!
