How long have you been in business?
I started Joe the Plumber in 2006, However, I have been a professional Plumber since 1990. I worked as a plumber and manager at Rescue Rooter for 8 years. Then I worked at Camarillo Plumbing as a plumber and manager for another 8 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Plumbing Repairs and Installations such as waterheaters, gas lines, water lines, installing fixtures such as Sinks, Faucets, Toilets, Dishwashers, Disposals, Valves etc. We also offer some handyman services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the grocery business in 1980 and was in charge of building new stores. As the stores were being built I often jumped in and helped install the water lines, drain lines and fixtures. From that experience I became interested in all aspects of plumbing so I decided to become an apprentice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Very Knowledgeable having done new construction and residential service and repair as well as drain cleaning and sewer repairs. I also try to be flexible with my pricing to appeal to a wider group of cliental.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one for now though I am also involved with another company Worthy Plumbing
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check and all major credit cards
Which areas do you service?
Ventura County, but most of my work is in Oxnard, Camarillo and Ventura

Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 12:00 noon
