What is your primary product or service?
Property Management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As an attorney I dealt with property management companies and home owners associations, and I was always intrigued by starting my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Having a legal background, I feel I am more analytical when it comes to contracts and changing real estate laws.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Camarillo. Also, we have considered opening a satellite office in Oxnard.

Cross streets are Mobil & Pickwick next to the Camarillo Post Office. Park in the rear parking lot. We are 484 suite # 20 facing the back lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money order, cashier's checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ojai, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, & Moorpark.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are family owned and operated. Tracy Lu Guillen, Esq. runs the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We have office hours from 9-5 M-F. However, we available for after hour appointments, showings, sales, or emergencies.
