All of our yoga teachers study and practice Iyengar style yoga.
Our T'ai Chi Chih classes are taught by Accredited Teachers.
We have one of the best equipped studios in the country. The use of props, including wallropes, can help students perform poses safely and accurately.
From beginners to advanced practitioners, many levels of classes are offered including Restorative and Senior’s classes.
Throughout the year we offer Teacher Training, workshops and intensives taught by
renowned Certified Iyengar Teachers.
